Fully renovated deluxe style apartment with panoramic uninterrupted ocean views situated on the 26th floor of the Peninsula Building. The apartment is opposite Surfer's paradise patrolled beach. Features include 2 bedrooms main has a queen size bed with en-suite, hair-dryer, walk-in wardrobe, and smart T.V./D.V.D. Second bedroom has a double and single bed and a built-in wardrobe and T.V. The living area is open plan kitchen, lounge/dining all facing a wrap around balcony with mesmerising ocean and coastal views (when in season you can see the whales with your binoculars). There is a 55" smart T.V and Hi-Fi system with a DVD and a USB card reader. The kitchen is modern with ceasar stone bench tops and fully equipped including dishwasher and microwave oven. Also there is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. All the rooms are air conditioned and contain ceiling fans. Free secure under cover parking is also included free of charge and free Wi-Fi.
Not only the apartment has panoramic ocean views during the day but also at night the promenade on the beach is all lit up enabling the guests to see the waves and all the entertainment, fireworks (available certain times throughout the year) and night markets (available on certain days) are all just across the road from the apartment.

Fire evacuation system activation - The smoke detectors in our apartment only warn the occupants of that particular apartment. There are smoke detectors on every level above the fire stair doors if for any reason the smoke moves from our apartment into the foyer area this will set off the building fire evacuation system resulting in Queensland fire personnel arriving and a call out fee of $1200 paid by the person who caused the activation.
Guests will have full access to the resort facilities by booking this agoda.
You will not be able to store luggage onsite however Coastal Letting Co (your host) can assist you with luggage storage if required (during office opening hours).
