This two story home has lovely street appeal with its white picket fence and pretty front gardens exuding a fairytale charm and chalet style allure. Step through the double front doors and you will be wowed by the sense of space and light created by the lofty cathedral ceilings.

On this level you can enjoy the large family lounge room which flows onto a full length deck that offers amazing uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean, and the rolling hills of the Gold Coast hinterland. By night you can enjoy views of the twinkling lights of the Gold Coast skyline.

Upstairs you will find another two large bedrooms (one with Queen bed and the other with Double bed), both also offering sitting areas for your private comfort. This level is serviced by another two way bathroom and a large living area which leads out to a second full length deck. You’ll think you are on top of the world!
