Brand new Duplex in Palm Beach, Gold Coast. Three minute walk to the iconic Talle Creek. 10 mins to the beach and Talle Surf Club. Burleigh Heads, through the beautiful headlands nature walk is a relaxing 20 minute walk. The house has 3 bedrooms. Queen. King and bunk bed (double/single). Beautiful new kitchen and lounge. Patio space with outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Laundry with new washer and dryer. Single carport. All in a very quiet street.
This is a newly built residence with all facilities and comforts of home whilst being on holiday. So you can enjoy cooking on the bbq, or in the new kitchen. Woolworths and local shops are just a 5 minute drive. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. All applicances are new.
The house is on a Battleaxe block at the back of the property. We live in the house at the front, so are available if needed. The entry lock is a digital combination so guests can let themselves in at anytime.

This is a lovely quiet area surrounded by beaches, creeks, and the beautiful Burleigh Hill. A short drive away you can be in the mountains of Mt Tambourine, or do a beautiful nature walk to see the glow worms at Springbrook also visiting natural arch for a swim or visit some wineries. Pacific Fair, Robina and Tweed City shopping centre are a 15 minute drive where you can do a spot of shopping, lunch, dinner. movies, bowling etc. Definitely not a party area.
Public transportation is a short walk. Uber or taxis are readily available. The train station is a 15 minute drive.
This is NOT a PARTY HOUSE so if looking to party please find alternate accomodation, as it is a very quiet residential area. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR RULE BREAKERS.
