Baggage Storage: For security reasons we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out.
- Ideally located in surfers, quiet, south side of building on 19th floor. Secure undercover parking is available for $25 daily and over the road at council parking lot starting at $5/12 hours. metered street parking available. Cypress Gardens Carpark is $5.50 per day and free at night.
- No smoking is allowed in the room or on the balcony. No pet is allowed.
- Walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bottle shops, restaurants, takeaways, light rail, car rental, entertainment (nightclubs / bars, Ripley's, Escape Rooms, mini-golf).
Door card pickup information will be sent to guests a few days before check in, they are not available from hotel reception. If the door key fail to work during your stay, you may have that re-keyed at front desk.
- You receive 1 door swipe card that gets you after hours entry into the building, access to your room, 19th floor and all amenities (except Gym). A $50 charge will occur if the key card is lost or taken home. A $50 call out fee will occur during your stay if key card is lost or locked into the room. Lost towels / linens fee $30. Occupants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
