The Quarterdecks Retreat is situated in the Boat Harbour precinct of Hervey Bay. Wi-Fi is available throughout the five-acre retreat free of charge. All villas are air-conditioned and include a full kitchen, a private courtyard or terrace, and a lock-up garage. Bathrobes and feather-filled pillows are provided. Some villas contain 2 bathrooms. The Quarterdecks Retreat features barbecue facilities, a swimming pool, a spa and a sauna. The tour desk offers tours of both Hervey Bay and Fraser Island, which is 29km away. Located just 5.3 km from Hervey Bay Airport, the Quarterdecks is a 2km drive from Neptune's Reefworld Aquarium, Australia's best living coral display.

Please inform Quarterdecks Retreat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that small pets only are allowed by request in some villas. Pets are charged AUD $50 per stay for 1 or 2-night stays, and AUD $100 per stay for 3 or more night stays. This charge is payable directly to Quarterdecks Retreat on arrival. Guests are requested to contact the hotel at least 7 days in advance to confirm that your pet can be accommodated. If you expect to arrive after 7 pm, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
