The kitchen is a chef's dream with gas hotplates, a dish-washer and plenty of bench space to plate up some of Tasmania’s delicious and local fresh produce. The house offers 2 large bedrooms both upstairs, a formal sitting room as well as downstairs utility room and laundry. The master bedroom has a shared ensuite as it can also be accessed from the hallway, whilst maintaining privacy in the master bedroom. The second bathroom is conveniently located downstairs at the base of the stairs with access from all the downstairs living areas. Most rooms lead onto the panoramic deck that wraps around the house allowing you to watch the yachts on the river - perfect for viewing the Sydney to Hobart fleet or simply relaxing on the balcony. Enjoy a hit of tennis on your very own tennis court or follow the private pathway to the waterfront below. The furnishing, art work and appliances all complement the house beautifully inviting you to simply unpack, take your shoes off, put your feet up and indulge in your Hobart stay. Please note Kylakin is not suitable for children under 8 years of age due to the furnishings and artwork and more importantly, the house has very steep window drops from the upper floor and steep stairs down to the laundry. Smoking is strictly not permitted.
