Rental basis: Entire house or apartment Number of bedrooms: 2; Number of other rooms with beds: 1 The space Suitable for Couples or 2 groups of couples or family with 1 or 2 children The cottage can comfortably sleep 4 people (6 people if you want to use the Double sofa bed in the lounge room) - 2 bedrooms with Queens beds and Lounge is also a Dble sized Sofa Bed. We have a large Sony T.v. with ext hard drive that has about 500 Movies stored on it and Wi Fi for guest use. The Cottage has a split system, heating and air cond. Electric blankets on beds and Heat Lights in Bathroom which has a large soaking bath and extra large walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso Coffee Machine (byo Pods), Blender, Electric and Gas wok and Rice Steamer, Sandwich Press, Toaster, all crockery and glassware and necessities. Bathroom is fully stocked with soaps, shampoos & conditioners, tissues, etc. All high quality bathroom and bedroom linens provided. Guest access Guests have a separate cottage from the Main House on the other side of the farm - it does have a different driveway - but all guests are required to check in up at the Main House. There is a fire pit for guest use please ensure fire is out when finished. If you would like your photo taken with my Pet Gingi - please come and see me first - do not attempt to approach the cattle alone or without the owner. There are currently Cows & Calves around and the cows are a little protective. Guests are welcome to hike around the property and Pick Olives if in season. Please ensure that you close any gates that you open due to cattle being moved around and in certain paddocks - please ensure that you close the main gate up at road each time you leave the farm :-). Other things to note Bonfires are a regular event here at the farm when weather suits Visit some local Country Pubs & towns, relax & enjoy the country life.
