Upon entering the property through the patio and courtyard area, you will find the ensuite master bedroom with window overlooking the cute front courtyard and a second TV/lounge room with attached toilet and shower, an ideal retreat for the kids. There is also a large concrete courtyard at the rear of the property and a double lock up garage with laundry.
On the upstairs level there is a light filled, open plan living, dining and kitchen space with raked ceilings connecting to the sun drenched alfresco entertaining deck extending the length of the home with great water views. The well-equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher opens to the rear of the property to an additional entertaining deck and gas BBQ. There is the choice of two dining spaces and the living room has a large, wall mounted flat screen TV with comfortable lounge setting. The upper level is completed with three extra bedrooms and main bathroom with separate shower, bath and toilet. Two bedrooms and the downstairs lounge room feature ceiling fans.
