Apartment 923 is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment located on the second floor of block 9, towards the end of the Blue on Blue complex. With views across the marina as well as towards Nelly Bay and Townsville, the apartment is well lit with natural sunlight while still being protected from the tropical afternoon heat.

The space
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area allow for ease of entertaining with the separate areas flowing seamlessly to create a comfortable space for all guests.

The master bedroom is complete with a Queen sized bed, bath tub and ensuite. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The second and third bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom, with laundry facilities also available within the apartment.
