The building that houses Clydesdale Cottage Bed and Breakfast was built in 1908, and was originally used as the town's council chambers.
It has been lovingly restored as a bed and breakfast holiday rental by the Maitland Progress Association and all profits from the bed and breakfast are spent on town upgrades.
Located centrally, this property is within easy drive of Yorke Peninsula’s attractions and is just a short drive to the coastal towns of Ardrossan, Port Victoria, Balgowan and Moonta.
In the main street of Maitland, Clydesdale Cottage is within walking distance to the shops, hotels and golf course.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
All properties are fully self-contained; however personal requirements and consumables are not supplied.
Whilst some properties may have minimal quantities of toilet paper, washing powders & detergents, and soap; it is expected that guests will bring their own items for the length of their stay.
Generally, nothing is provided in the way of food items. Guests need to bring their own tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other food stuffs.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Country Getaways Holiday Rentals office is located in Maitland (South Australia) and is open 9am- 4pm Monday to Friday.
As part of making your booking, you agree to the terms & conditions of stay. Country Getaways Holiday Rentals will require credit card details after making your booking and prior to key details being given.
**Please note that a refundable security bond (often called a security deposit), which is minimum $300 is payable direct to the host before access to accommodation is granted. The office is contactable via phone or email, for information regarding your (URL HIDDEN)
Bonds are refunded within 14 business days of departure, and following the report from the cleaner.
