Diamante is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Air conditioning in the living area, main bedroom and 3rd bedroom and a fire place for those cosy winter months. WIFI and Netflix included.
Conveniently located to town, shops, restaurants, golf course, wineries, beaches and other local attractions. Ideal for couples or a family getaway.
Diamante is a contemporary designed house with an industrial feel. The house is tastefully decorated, featuring polished concrete flooring, polished Milano walls in the bathrooms and a cozy wood fire in the living room. A small amount of wood is provided to get your stay started during the winter months. A split system air conditioning has been installed in the living area and 2 of the bedrooms for both heating and cooling. Kick back and relax in the living rooms large daybed window while taking in the view of the courtyard garden.
The modern kitchen features quality appliances, a large island bench with concrete bench top, and built in dining table and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for making meals and entertaining. As well as a full sized fridge there is a bar fridge, and coffee pod machine. Some pantry staples are provided for guests to use mindfully.
There is also an outside decking with built in BBQ to enjoy.
3 comfortable bedrooms with all linen provided. Bedroom 1 has a new king bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a double bunk with single on top. This room has been set up with children in mind but still comfortable for adults, it also includes a second tv.
You will have the whole house to yourself.

Diamante is located in the newer section of Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course Estate. Only a 5 minute walk to Simmos Ice creamery, close to town, and a short scenic drive to our beautiful beaches, wineries, breweries, restaurants and other down south attractions.
Public Transport
Exact location information is provided after a booking is confirmed.
I have provided 2 adults and 1 child's bike for your use while you are staying with us, there are bike paths throughout Dunsborough Lakes and it's a great way to get to town. There is also a bus service that can take you to Busselton with a stop nearby.
Minimum 3 night stay on long weekends/Easter/Christmas/New Years
