DAMAGE DEPOSIT
We will hold a damage deposit of AUD500 per stay. Sinace Agoda does not collect damage deposits, we will send through an invoice prior to your stay to collect this deposit. This will be pre-authorised on your card 2 days before check-in and refunded back to you after check-out if no damages are reported. Each pre-authorisation only lasts 7 days before expiring, so if your stay is longer than 5 days, we will pre-authorise another damage deposit on the 5th day after the first one expires.

The 1-BEDROOM apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay.
