For bookings made under the partially refundable policy, cancellations made for more than 30 days before check in will have the nightly accommodation fare plus cleaning costs refunded, whilst cancellations made within 30 days of check in will have the cleaning fee refunded. For bookings made under the non refundable policy, the cleaning fee only will be refunded. Preauthorisation security hold. A 100 dollars security deposit is preauthorised 3 days before check in, charged on the day of your arrival and refunded within approximately 7 days, this is dependent on your banks timeline, after check out if there is no damage, overstay, smoking or loss of keys.
