For those checking in at unusual hours alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in City and available for contact by email or agoda Message. Less than 2 minutes walk away you will have access to Woolworths, an asian grocery, the marina, restaurants and the local library. The apartment is located within the CBD free tram zone. With a tram stop right outside the apartment complex - getting around is really convenient. To get to Southern Cross Station it is only an 10 min ride or 15 min walk. From there you can reach the airport or outer Melbourne suburbs. ※Standard Setting: Queen size bed for 2 peoples ※We do request the security deposit before your arrival A$350 ※Extra linen requested at extra $25 ( Please update with us at least one day before you coming) ※Please keeping the keys, fob with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost them. ※Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour. ※Attention Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager. ※Booking changes and other options The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened. - No changes are allowed if reservation has already started. - Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed. - 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied. - 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied - 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived RULE OF CHANGE A RESERVATION (Covid- lockdown): The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened. - No changes are allowed if reservation has already started. - Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed. - 3 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied. - 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied - 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived Note: Conditions for rebooking: 1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the re(URL HIDDEN) 2) The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days and is subject to availability.
