Tea, milk, fresh ground coffee and an espresso coffee machine is provided.
This modern apartment has high quality fittings and is very clean, peaceful and secluded and is located on the second floor with views of the marina and lake.

If there is no previous night booking you can check-in from 5.00 am and check out by 5.00 pm the next day. We will let you know when you book.
The entrance keys are available from a lock box using a 4 digit code which provided prior to arrival.
For a 2 guest stay, a $90 cleaning fee charged and for each extra person a $30 cleaning fee is payable. The cleaning fee is payable and must be left on the kitchen bench in cash prior to check-out.
