There are 3 bedrooms all with split system heating and cooling – 2 double bedrooms downstairs and 1 queen bedroom upstairs, plus 2 sofa beds in the main living area upstairs. One of the double bedrooms has glass sliding doors opening to the rear courtyard, and the master bedroom upstairs has glass sliding doors opening to a private balcony with table and chairs. There is also a single car garage for guest's to use. The beach-front community of Safety Beach is nestled between Mount Martha and Dromana on Melbourne’s beautiful Mornington Peninsula. The name comes from the calm and shallow water, which makes it an ideal spot for a family holiday. There are great views of the Mount Martha peak in the north and Arthurs Seat in the south. Safety Beach is also home to the stunning Martha’s Cove inland harbour, where you can stroll along the waterside boardwalk admiring the beautiful yachts and huge boats moored there, and then enjoy dinner at the delicious Martha’s Table restaurant or takeaway from their grocer and cellar. There are 3 townhouses on the block, guests have access to townhouse number 2 which has a small rear courtyard and single garage.
