This 2 bedroom unit looks deceiving in it's size, however it is a perfect size for 1-3 people who are practising social distancing to share this space! When you walk inside you will be pleasantly by the open space. A comfy couch to sit on, it has all the creature comforts such as FREE WiFi & Netflix, full sized kitchen with stove, fridge, utensils & bbq. It's 2 bedrooms has a Master that includes a luxurious King size bed, (this can be split into 2 single beds with 48 hours notice). So sit down & relax, enjoy our bottle of wine before you head out to explore the wonders of Rye!

All linen and towels are provided as well as Smith & Nobel cutlery, crockery, glassware to suit all occasions, all utensils and ceramic based stoneware saucepans. Bathroom amenities are also provided for your convenience.There is a washing machine for you to use with 1 x liquid washing sachet, enough for a load of washing.
For those travelling with young families, each unit also has a portacot and a high chair along with child friendly plates, bowls and cups.
Nothing to bring but yourselves!

We want you to feel welcome whilst your staying at an ABC|BNB Host Management Unit, and we are happy for you to make yourself at home and explore the complex. All we ask is that you are mindful of our other guests and you don't leave any rubbish lying around. If there is anything that you need, please leave us a message on agoda and we will be back in contact with you as quickly as possible.

We know this is an opportunity for you to get away and re-charge your batteries, so we won't be getting under your feet. However it is very important to us that you do have everything to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible, so we are available between 7.00am and 10.30pm if you need anything. Our location in Rye really is deceiving. From the street, the view is of a cute cottage, however once you venture down the driveway, our secret is revealed....Six units hidden from the street and the hustle & bustle allowing our guests to relax in privacy, Unit 5 is the first unit on the right of the pathway situated directly behind the front house. Across the other side of Nelson St is the Rye RSL which has an excellent reputation for the beautiful meals their chef serves. Then if you wander down the back of the complex and through the rear gate, you'll find Campbell Lane, which you cross and enter the back door of the chemist where you will find yourself out on Point Nepean Rd, where there is a plethora of cafe's, restaurants, craft, surf shops and many other shops including a brand new Woolworths for all your grocery needs. The streets still have the last smells of summer, relaxed people on holidays, excited to be in Rye, looking forward to their next activity...there's a buzz in the air that is almost contagious, it makes you want some of it, you want to join in the laughing and the buzzing... Of course once you cross Point Nepean Road you are on the Rye Beach where you can spend the day , swimming, snorkelling, walking along the beach, just sitting and relaxing..or even just people watch :) Enjoy yourself...you're on holidays and your troubles can wait :)

There are bus stops right out the front of our complex in Nelson St. Bus No. 787 runs from Sorrento>Safety Beach Map A (via Blairgowrie, Rosebud, Dromana) and No 787 also runs from Sorrento to Safety Beach Map B (via Blairgowrie, Rosebud, Dromana) There is a timetable located in your room for your convenience, to assist you in planning any public transport travel you may require.

You will find a compendium in your unit that has brochures and information that you may find useful. Things ranging from medical assistance to things to do, places to visit and the best eateries in Rye.
