Located on a picturesque ti-tree block and within a very easy stroll to front beach Sorrento this lovely house is a great holiday destination. Downstairs offers 2 x double bedrooms,Third bedroom with 2 x sets bunks, bathroom with bath and shower, laundry with dryer and WM and large lounge/games room with TV and a rear deck with BBQ. Upstairs offers further 1 x queen bedroom along with a second bathroom with shower. The upstairs living area includes a modern kitchen with large gas oven and burners/dining/lounge with TV/DVD, Gas log fire, R/c air/cond plus a large outdoor deck area with BBQ and outdoor setting that is easily accessed by large bi fold doors that give a wonderful open feel.
