Accommodation
Stay 7 nights or longer at Little House Olinda, and take advantage of our discounts for longer stays. The price listed is for 4 people twin share, with an additional charge of $100 for single occupancy or one person per room, so please enquire for that. There is a large back yard for pets and children to stretch their legs. Brand new portable cot available for an infant - byo linen :)
Our property features split systems in each bedroom and the living area, guaranteeing comfort all year round. Enjoy cozy evenings watching movies or playing board games by the remote-controlled indoor fireplace. With Alexa voice control, you can easily manage the lighting, heating, cooling, and TV from every room.
The living and dining areas can comfortably accommodate 6-8 guests, and the balcony with a simple George Foreman grill BBQ provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy a meal as you take in the beautiful sunset through the trees.
Amenities
The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine (with complimentary beans), gas cooking, electric oven, microwave, rice cooker, full fridge, and dishwasher. For longer stays, take advantage of the laundry facilities, which include a washer/ dryer combo.
The master ensuite features a shower over the bath, vanity, and toilet with bidet. The second and third bedrooms are supported by a second vanity in the laundry, which is adjacent to the second toilet and shower room. Please note the bedding configuration is defaulted as 2 x king beds and 2 x singles - with a weeks' notice we can reconnect the 2 x singles to make the 3rd king bed.

For electric vehicle owners, we offer an EV charger, so you don't have to worry about finding a place to charge up - a fee applies, and then we provide the code to use the charger.

Little House Olinda is on the main road so some traffic noise is heard, although the house has double glazed windows.
Pet fee applies.
EV charging use applies and a code is issued once payment is made.
You must clean the BBQ after use - otherwise cleaning cost is $80.
A week's notice is needed if the 3bedding configuration needs adjusting - usually set as 2 singles and 2 kings.
There are security cameras at the front door monitoring the front entry and car park.
