King Edward Cottage is situated in the heart of Penguin - just around the corner from the centre of town, the gorgeous Penguin beaches and the famous Penguin Sunday market. Penguin is a quaint little town nestled on the shores of Bass Strait - in between Burnie and Ulverstone. This central location makes it the ideal base to explore the north west coast of Tasmania - all the major tourist attractions and towns of this beautiful area are within about a 15 to 45 minute drive. King Edward Cottage is a three/four bedroom house which has just been refurbished inside. It can accommodate 8 people and has polished floorboards, new curtains, comfy beds (one king, one queen and two singles plus a sofa bed in a small back room). There is a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for a relaxing and revitalising holiday. There is also a secure, fully fenced yard for your furry friends and also an enclosed area with a shed where you can leave them if you need to go out without them. King Edward Cottage has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge room, electric blankets on all beds (excluding the sofa bed), professionally laundered linen, pedestal fans, BBQ, DVD player, north facing sun room, second shower in laundry, highchair and portacot available on request and off-street parking for 3 cars.
