Our one bedroom apartment is ideal for a couple or single person, located in the 4 star “Mounts Bay Village” boasting a refreshing swimming pool, tennis court and a gym, conveniently located to Perth CBD, Perth Convention Centre, Elizabeth Quay, Swan River & Kings Park.
We are walking distance to Woodside, Rio Tinto, BHP and Mount Hospital and Perth City shopping

Your home away from home is located on the second floor, serviced by elevators and is a bright and spacious one bedroom apartment comprising of; Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a small private balcony, separate bedroom with one king size bed, off the bedroom you will find mirrored robes that lead through to a full bathroom and laundry with washer and dryer
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, and a private balcony for morning coffee or afternoon drinks
Bedroom - brand new super luxe king bed, bedside lamps, mirrored wardrobe, TV and block out curtains in Bedroom
En-suite - comprising of shower (only) over bath tub , WC, vanity with mirror, hairdryer, laundry area with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board - toiletries, toilet paper are supplied to get you started with your stay, they are not intended to last the full duration
Lounge / dining - two seater sofa + armchair to relax and watch your favorite flics (SMART 55" TV) just bring your own password for your streaming account as WIFI available free in apt. Large desk/dedicated work space. Lounge area is open plan and leads in to the dining and kitchen area
Kitchen - Fully equipped with Nespresso machine, fridge, dishwasher, electric Hob and electric under bench oven, we supply coffee capsules, tea and sugar to get you started with your stay but may not last for the full duration
Aircon - the open plan lounge is serviced by a reverse cycle cooling and heating air conditioner
Check in time is 3pm on the day of your arrival, check out time is 10am on your day of departure
Easy self check in via lock box located on site, all details on how to collect keys will be sent to you the prior to arrival. Check in guide will include step by step instructions along with images to ensure a smooth check in and most importantly, an enjoyable stay
Parking space for one car is included with the apartment, height restriction of 1.9 metre high - oversized vehicle paid parking on roadside and public paid parking options within walking distance (City of Perth Parking & Wilson Car Parks) - as this unit does not have allocated parking facilities. Nearest and best (in my opinion) is Perth Convention Centre
Guests have full access to the apartment. Free access to communal swimming pool, tennis court and gym
Bus stop right outside or try out the e-scooters! We are walking distance to Perth Convention, Woodside, Rio Tinto and BHP, Mount Hospital close by as well as Elizabeth Quay, Kings Park & Jacobs Ladder
Should you need help or assistance during your stay we are on hand to help, otherwise we leave you to enjoy your stay in Perth city
Bus stop on your doorstep or take an e-scooter locations all around the City
The privately owned and operated apartment has no connection / access to reception facilities provided by the hotel
This apartment is not suitable for toddlers / small children as we have no amenities in place
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas. For your security, CCTV is in use in common areas
