The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric cooking, and a microwave.

There is an outdoor entertaining area which includes a Pool Table, Table Tennis, Foosball and Dart Board. There is also a BBQ outside and you will find a large double carport with a concrete drive-way all the way to the street which allows parking for an additional 3-4 vehicles or a boat.
