An easy 10 minutes’ walk will take you to the local shops and supermarket, for great coffee and delicious food, and a 5 minutes’ drive will reveal the hotels, shops, supermarkets and cafes of nearby San Remo. A few minutes’ drive from this comfortable home will take you to any of the major attractions around the island, including the world famous Penguin Parade, Wildlife Coast Cruises, Phillip Island wildlife Park, Grand Prix Circuit and the surf beaches and magnificent views of the Island's South Coast. " Dom's Place " has an open living design with spacious lounge area, dining space and kitchen. The living area has a television, while the recently renovated kitchen is well appointed, including a microwave oven and good size family refrigerator. The laundry has a washing machine and opens onto the large, fully enclosed back yard, perfect for families with small children. Linen is not provided but can be hired at AUD 30 per queen bed and AUD 15 per single bed. This must be prearranged directly with the property.
