The huge, fully fenced allotment offers a wonderful place for the kids to play, as well as ample off-street parking for cars and a boat. All weather conditions are catered for with reverse cycle air conditioning for all year round comfort, as well as a warming wood fire and a gas heater, for those cold winter nights. To top it off there is a gas barbecue and outdoor setting for the glorious, balmy, summer days.
