Island Air offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two spacious living areas - each equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. An extensive movie library is also available. The home is furnished with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry and ample parking for cars and a boat with a long driveway and carport underneath. A pool table and a table soccer game are also available in the downstairs living room, providing fun for the whole family. Outdoor living is catered for as well, with a sunny deck opening off the upstairs living area. This delightful space offers water views, and is equipped with a gas BBQ, plus an outdoor setting and umbrella.
