Southport Haven offers five large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas, each with a flat screen TV. The home is furnished with supremely comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen with water filter tap, a fully equipped laundry, a reverse-cycle split system air-conditioner in the downstairs living area, and a fully air-conditioned upper level. There is ample off-street parking for two vehicles and a boat, with a single carport and a wide paved driveway. And as an added bonus, the double garage has been converted into a third living area, with a huge Smart TV, a Play Station 3, a lounge suite, and a table tennis table for some rainy day fun. Outdoor living is amply catered for, with a spacious balcony opening off the upstairs living room. This fully sheltered space is equipped with a gas BBQ and a quality outdoor setting, as well as a couple of reclining lounges for those lazy holiday afternoons, when you just feel like reading a book or taking a little nap.
