A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card. Please note the following reception opening hours: - Monday to Saturday, 08:00 - 21:00 - Sundays and Public Holidays 09:00 - 20:00. If you expect to arrive outside of the reception opening hours, please contact the property in advance, during office hours, to arrange key collection, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
