Also featured on this level is a bathroom, laundry and single lock up garage and extra car/boat space for a single axle trailer. An open plan living area is on the first floor, with two balconies. There is free wifi, an 35m LCD TV and DVD located in the lounge room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen offering a microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge and cooking facilities. Boasting three lovely bright and spacious carpeted bedrooms on the second floor, the main bedroom has a queen size bed and features an ensuite bathroom including a spa bath and access to a small balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds, plus a third bathroom with a shower. There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.
