The Location - This modern apartment is located within Pacific Blue Resort at Salamander Bay. Pacific Blue boasts a huge pool that wraps around the resort, day spa, tennis court (byo rackets), gym and a heated lap pool. All just 400 metres from the Salamander Shopping Centre and a 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay, Anna Bay or Shoal Bay. The Apartment - This air conditioned first floor resort style apartment has an open plan living area offers a flatscreen TV, leading out to a balcony with outdoor furnishings and over looking the resorts large wrap around pool. There is a dining table with four chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with a full fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and bench space. The apartment offers two bedrooms, both with ensuites. Bedroom one has a king size bed (which can be split) and a flatscreen TV. The ensuite offers a shower, corner spa bath, vanity and toilet. The second bedroom is a self contained studio apartment, featuring two king singles (which can be joined). It is fitted with a flatscreen TV, stereo system, dining table and two chairs, plus another table and chairs on a private balcony. There is also a kitchenette with a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and sink and the ensuite offers a shower, vanity and toilet. This studio apartment is not recommended for young children due to the separate entrance, but perfect for young adults, friends or two couples. The apartment also features an internal laundry with a front load washing machine and dryer. Off street parking for one car and stairs to the apartment.
