Port Rickaby is located 10 minutes’ drive from Minlaton where you can get your supplies or the Port Rickaby Caravan Park has basics including milk and newspapers.
Capella Court is a 3-bedroom property that can sleep up to 7 guests. Quilts and pillows provided need to bring your own linen. Split system air conditioning in the lounge area with portable fans for the bedrooms.
Lounge area has TV with USB port and DVD player. CD player, radio and board games provided. Well equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and pod coffee machine (BYO Caffe Italy pods/or select).
Top load washing machine. Secure rear yard with flat top BBQ and outdoor setting. Fish cleaning sink at rear of shed. Good off street parking behind gate. No shed access. Pets by arrangement.

This property will allow pets subject to a pet being a minimum of 12 months of age at time of stay and a $100 refundable pet bond to be paid to the host direct one week prior to your arrival. (This is in addition to a minimum $300 property security bond which applies to all bookings, payable direct to the host.)

This property does not supply linen included as part of your booking, and guests will need to bring linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
All properties are fully self-contained; however personal requirements and consumables are not supplied.
Whilst some properties may have minimal quantities of toilet paper, washing powders & detergents, and soap; it is expected that guests will bring their own items for the length of their stay.
Generally, nothing is provided in the way of food items. Guests need to bring their own tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other food stuffs.
