This affordable holiday house (downstairs only) is ideal for a couple or small family, with two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a single and two bunks), plus a very large living area with plenty of comfy seating, a television and DVD player. The downstairs area only is available for holiday let. There's a separate dining and kitchen area with electric cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher, and a well-equipped laundry. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the living & dining/kitchen and ceiling fans in the bedrooms ensure you'll be comfortable whatever time of year you visit, and the huge backyard has loads of room for the kids to run around or enjoy that great Aussie holiday pastime: backyard cricket. There's an abundance of activities and attractions within an easy drive on the Fleurieu Peninsula - from swimming, surfing, fishing, snorkelling, golf and national parks, to exquisite cafes and restaurants, the popular weekly markets in the historic township of Willunga, and the world-renowned wine region of McLaren Vale.
