When you first enter the property you are greeted in the formal passage way, which can lead you left or right. To the left, you will find a spacious laundry with both washing machine and dryer, laundry tub and cleaning supplies. You can also meander down this way to the garden. There is also the games room, which has loads of fun inside - including ping-pong table, TV and couch! To the right, you will find the remaining modern and contemporary home, offering three spacious bedrooms.
