A unique, tranquil waterfront property, boat ramp access with parking onsite. Set on Pine River this home features a reserve with BBQ facilities and children's adventure playground. Osprey House is located close by, an environmental info centre, a nesting platform is installed, try to spot the Eastern Osprey & their babies. You can relax on the balcony and watch the world go by on the river, 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge room. In addition the full use of the back yard is available. The entire upper part of the home is available to guests during their stay, in addition the full use of the back yard is available. As we set pricing based upon the number of guests or the number of beds utilised. Please be aware of the following, if booking for guest numbers greater than 4 all 3 rooms are open for use, if 2 people book then the main bedroom with a view is provided, the other 2 rooms are locked. 4 guests book, then the second bedroom is made available. If you require access to any of these rooms you can contact us directly. By limiting room access it enables us to set pricing base upon the number of guests and thereby make our home more affordable for smaller guest numbers wishing to stay, but not needing all rooms. In addition the basement of the house or under house area is not available for use. All rooms and spaces available are detailed in our photographs. Across the road you have the Pine River Boat Ramp and the Foreshore Park. This park has multiple BBQ stations and a number of children play grounds. You can fish just outside your front door without the need of a boat. Limited number of pets upon approval.
