Just a 5 minute walk to Mooloolaba with its famous beaches, cafes and restaurants, retail shops and SeaLife Water World. The two bedroom unit is on the top floor of the complex (3rd floor) which is accessible via the lift or stairs. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed whilst bedroom two has 1 x Double bottom and I x single top bunk bed . Each bedroom has fans and plenty of storage in the cupboards. The fully equipped kitchen has recently been renovated and comes with a 4 burner cooktop, oven, microwave and fridge.
The unit comes with TV, secure parking and BBQ on the balcony. There is a small dining table and a a breakfast Bar as well as an outdoor setting on the balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet.
Everything you need is within walking distance. Leave the car at home and make use of the great location and the bus stop right out the front, connecting you to all of the Sunshine Coast including Sunshine Plaza shopping district.

There is a bus stop out the front of the complex which takes you to the major bus station at Sunshine Plaza Maroochydore. From here you can catch other buses to many different location across the Sunshine Coast.

We provide clean linen and bath towels. We have also provided a starter pack of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soaps for your convenience. However, if your stay is longer you may need to bring or purchase your own items.
Check in and out times are to be strictly adhered to in this busy time, unless prior arrangements have been made, as cleaners will access the unit in preparation for other guests.
