A surf break across the road, and the nearby sunshine coast walkway which connects seamlessly to King's Beach, Happy Valley, Dicky Beach and Currimundi. Cycle or walk anywhere. There is a nearby bus service, as well as ride share services and you can access all major attractions by vehicle. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently (without parents) *This home is located in a high-end complex of only 3 apartments, both of our neighbours are local and permanent residents, please note we have zero tolerance when it comes to noise or gatherings. Please DO NOT book this property if you intend to be noisy, disrespectful or have ANY gatherings of any kind. Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a bond form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion in full of our form.
