This beautifully renovated first floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment is in the highly sought-after Hastings Street location. Boasting unrivalled views of both Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach, this apartment is in one of the most premier positions in Noosa. Please note that a $2000 pre-authorization is required to be taken on the day of arrival. This spacious apartment is in the La Mer complex and can accommodate up to six people, ideal for a large family. The complex includes a swimming pool, spa and covered onsite parking. Offering everything you need within touching distance. The space Take the lift or stairs up to the first floor straight from the secure, covered carpark. Walk across the plant lined, open-aired walkway to the front door, and step into the hallway, featuring a show stopping, stunning banksia artwork. This exquisite apartment has warm, neutral tones throughout with stone flooring throughout the main living spaces. The stunning main bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted TV, a huge built-in wardrobe and a contemporary ensuite has a large walk-in shower. The stand-out feature of the bedroom is the balcony overlooking Hastings Street, offering excellent views of this picturesque street. With two easy-chairs, this is an idyllic spot to enjoy a drink and immerse yourself in the action without leaving your apartment. The first modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower and is next to the second bedroom which has a queen bed and a built-in wardrobe. Hidden behind wooden panelling is the second bathroom with shower and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Further along is the third bedroom, with two single beds and built-in wardrobe. Towards the back of the apartment is the gorgeous flood-lit, open plan living area, which offers unrivalled views of Noosa Main Beach. The fully equipped kitchen boasts brass fittings and new WIFI operated appliances and an island bar with four bar stools. The dining area has seating for eight and is perfect for large family meals. The lounge area has a large sofa and two armchairs with TV. Huge, sliding doors open out onto a generous balcony with dining for six and a BBQ so that you can enjoy alfresco dining, taking in the sounds and smells of the sea. It doesn’t get much better than being on the beach with uninterrupted views of the ocean and Noosa National Park. The balcony has direct access to the pool and beach, just a stone’s throw away. There is air-conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Strictly no parties, gatherings or functions please.
