Designer kitchen and light airy bathrooms complete the ambiance of the home. An undercover balcony with access from the master bedroom and living area has the most beautiful views in all of Noosa. There is a sparkling pool at the front of the complex and a private jetty outside*. Easy near flat walk to all amenities.
We are delighted to share our newly purchased slice of Noosa paradise with you. Our three bedroom apartment has everything you need for the perfect holiday. Our one level home flows seamlessly from the open plan living area and modern kitchen onto an undercover balcony with literally the best view in Noosa. The master bedroom also has access to the undercover balcony and enjoys the same amazing view of Noosa. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony whilst watching the blue water lap onto the sandy shore. There is reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout and fans in the bedrooms are living area. The master bathroom has an ensuite bathroom and the main bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. Full kitchen including Nespresso compatible coffee machine (pods) and starter condiments are provided. There is a 65 inch Smart TV in the living room and a second TV in the master bedroom. We supply all linen and towels including beach towels (please make sure to pack your own face washers or make up remover accessories). We also supply local organic bathroom products for that extra luxurious touch. We also have wifi should you need to work on your holiday or watch your favourite series on Netflix. There is a Weber Q BBQ on the balcony for your use.

We have so much outdoor activities to enjoy including SUP's, jet ski's and surf boards. Hire a boat for the day, make a picnic and explore the beautiful river. Noosaville is perfect for families with picnic benches and BBQ's scattered all down the river including swings, Pirate Park playground and exercise machines. Most locals spend their Sundays lazing under tropical trees and sipping wine.
We are located only a couple of minutes flat walk to gourmet cafes, award winning restaurants, boutiques and so much water activities to enjoy. There are SUP, jet ski and surf board hire as well as fishing and BBQ boats to enjoy.
