Easy walk to all local amenities with Noosa Junction nearby (10 min walk) and Hastings Street and Main Beach located just over the Hill at Noosa. The upper level offers a light-filled spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining space which flows out to a huge covered rear deck taking in those panoramic views. The master bedroom, also with river views, is on this level and features a walk-in robe, access to the verandah plus an ensuite with a free-standing bath and generous separate shower. The lower level is home to three bedrooms, all with built-in robes and a large bathroom. An additional (3rd) half-bathroom is also on this level along with a spacious family room, the second of two living areas, which flows out to a large covered patio to the fully-fenced pool. There are two luxurious outdoor sun loungers and a large cantilever umbrella available for relaxing days by the pool. On Sunday morning, take a stroll to the legendary Noosa Farmer's Markets for the freshest local produce. Noosaville is a 5 minute car journey away where you will find, picnic and BBQ areas, SUP and BBQ boat hire. We are located only a 5 minute drive from both Hastings Street and locals favourite Noosa Junction. Noosa River is a 7 minute drive away and you can walk along Gympie Terrace and then hire jet skis, surf boards or SUP's for fun water sports.
