Our one level home home is the perfect beach house to spend your well deserved Noosa holiday. Enjoy open plan living, modern kitchen, Pizza oven, BBQ and fenced garden. Spend your day by the sparkling blue swimming pool and relax on the sun drenched deck with undercover gazebo and egg chairs. Sunshine Village is a short easy walk away where you can enjoy gourmet cafes and restaurants. Multiple TV's with Netflix and unlimited Wifi. We supply portacot, highchair and board games
Awake in paradise and enjoy a morning espresso from the Nespresso compatible coffee machine whilst reading the paper surrounded by lush tropical gardens in the front patio where bi-fold doors combine the kitchen and living space into a relaxing alfresco environment.
The home has a fully equipped modern open plan kitchen which will provide for an easy holiday, or utilise the BBQ facilities in the front or Pizza oven out the back. The main bathroom with a shower over bath tub, includes laundry facilities, and access to the back Deck, with an outdoor shower, ideal after a swim at the beach.
Situated at the opposite side of the house, the Balinese inspired poolside retreat creates the perfect atmosphere for living on holiday. The beautifully appointed outdoor pavilion and cabana are perfectly complimented by a resort sized pool, dancing in sunlight throughout the day and an ideal size for the whole family.
A rumpus room directly off the pool patio can be utilised as a 4th bedroom by requesting the sofa bed is expanded into another double bed, and has all the facilities to entertain for hours, 65 inch TV with Netflix (please use your own account).
The home is located only an easy 5 minute walk (approx 400 metres) to Sunshine Beach village where you can find a host of amenities including the award winning Sum Yung Guys (top 50 restaurants in Australia) and funky FOMO cafe for your morning coffee fix. A further 2 minutes walk (approx 150 metres) the the beautiful patrolled part of the beach and child friendly Surf Club.
We supply Egyptian Cotton fluffy white towels, beautiful hotel grade crisp white sheets and organic Saya bathroom products for your use.
Our home is very child and baby friendly as it flows over one level and is fully fenced. The village and beach are an easy stroll away with a buggy or pram.
Please note there is air conditioning in the living room (installed on the 11th of December), the master bedroom and second bedroom.

We live interstate however our Host Angel Gemma is close by should you require anything prior to or during your stay.
Beautiful Sunshine Beach is only 5 minutes drive from Noosa Heads, on the southern side of Noosa National Park.
- Great local surf breaks and a year-round patrolled beach. The wide, open beach hosts a variety of banks for an endless, uncrowded surfing session.
- Gourmet cafes, Amazing restaurants and boutiques along Duke Street
- Sit back on the deck of the surf club, overlooking the ocean – spot dolphins and whales, listen to live music, enjoy a meal or just relax with a cold drink.
- Noosaville is only a 7 minute drive away where you can hire BBQ boats, SUP's, surf boards and jet skis.
- Brisbane airport is 1.5 hour drive away and the Sunshine Coast Airport is a picturesque 30 minute drive away
Uber is very popular in the area and there is also a local taxi service which you can order online.
You can hire bikes or scooters and enjoy Mother Nature.
