Welcome to this lovely family home located in picturesque Noosa. Our one level waterfront home is a perfect base for enjoying your well deserved Noosa break. We are centrally located in Noosa Waters and only a few minutes drive from all Noosa has to offer, including award winning restaurants, gourmet cafes and boutiques. Hire a boat for the day and dock right outside the house for sunset cocktails. Enjoy a new private pool, Wifi, river front deck and jetty. The house is fully air conditioned Great sized family home with private jetty, swimming pool and double garage. Now fully air-conditioned and pet friendly. We are located in a quiet residential estate in Noosa Waters. Two minute drive to Gympie Terrace where you will find amazing restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques. The house flows over one level with four good size bedrooms. Beautiful views of the canal and new outdoor deck with Weber BBQ. We want our family holiday home to feel like a home away from home for you! The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen basics such as olive oil, salt & pepper, tea, tomato sauce, cling wrap etc which you are welcome to use while you are staying. We also provide dishwasher tablets and laundry powder. There is a Sunbeam Barista Max Espresso coffee machine and roasted coffee beans available for you to make your morning coffee and relax on the deck. We recently changed to a manual machine from a pod machine as we wanted to reduce our waste footprint (it also doesn't hurt that it also makes a far better coffee and will even froth milk for your latte!). The instructions on how to make the perfect cuppa are laminated behind the machine. Please ensure you leave the machine clean for the next guest and clean the milk wand after use We provide towels and beach towels for guests. 8 guests can only be accommodated for families, no 8 person adult groups will be accommodated. We supply a portacot (pls bring your own cot linen) and a high chair for your stay. As our guest you will have access to the entire house, double garage, pool and private jetty. The awesome Host Angel Noosa team are close by should you have any queries prior to or during your stay. The house is located in a secure quiet friendly neighbourhood and is only a few minutes away by car from Hastings Street, Main Beach and also Gympie Terrace where you will find the most amazing restaurants, funky Cafes and beautiful boutiques. There is plenty of outdoor activities for the kids including SUP, Surf Board, BBQ Boat and Jet Ski hire. Noosa River is also perfect for little children as the water is calm and cool. Take your beloved pet for a ramble along the riverside before going to Pirate Park playground with the children. You can bring a picnic basket or BBQ box down to the River with you and use one of the many picnic tables and complimentary BBQ's. You can drive everywhere in Noosa in a few minutes or if you have a boat you can jump onboard and dock off at the many locations around the river. The Sunshine Coast Airport is a picturesque 40 minute drive away and Brisbane Airport is a 1.5 hour car journey away. There are local private transfers available upon request. Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws wh
