* NO PARTY RULES and QUIET HOURS
Our property is not suitable for parties and events. Please maintain quietness and respect our neighbors after 10 PM. The neighbour will call either me, our local security patrol or the police if noise is excessive after 10 pm.
* CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT instructions
Check in instructions will be automatically made available to you no later than 1 DAY BEFORE your stay. It is a mobile app link which fits on iOS, Android, phones and tablets as well as desktop computers. By clicking on the link, you will be able to see detailed instructions with images, locations, If you have difficulty accessing the link, please message me anytime for assistance :)

* LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
We usually need at least a day to arrange cleaning and inform our cleaners special check-in requirements. If you have made a same day booking, we cannot ensure you a 3pm check in. However we will try our best to accommodate your request, therefore drop us a message before you make a last minute booking and let us know your planned arrival time!
* EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS
Unlike hotels, we do not have an onsite cleaning service and our cleaners usually make their schedule a day before. We have a standard check in time of 3pm which ensures that our cleaners have enough time to make our home nice and clean for your stay! If you need an early check in, please contact me at least a day before your planned arrival day and we will try our best to accommodate your request! Unfortunately we will not be able to guarantee any early check in request on the day of your arrival, thank you for your understanding in advance!
* LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS
We understand that sometimes you really enjoy your time here with us and would like stay a little longer! However, we sometimes have guests coming to stay on the same day you check out and unlike hotels, we do not have alternative rooms for them! Therefore it is important that all late check out requests should be made AT LEAST ONE DAY before your departure to ensure that our cleaners have plenty of time to finish their work! If you need to check out after 12pm, an extra HALF DAY rate will be charged through agoda and the payment must be made on and before the nig
