This wonderful apartment is equipped with all the comforts needed for short or long stays. The apartment is on the top floor of a 4 story walk up. Stairway to heaven. The top floor apartment features a large balcony with stunning city views, air conditioning, 5G wifi, brand new double bed, large lounge, kitchen equipped with stove top. Microwave, coffee machine, toaster, modern bathroom with amenities, wardrobe, smart tv, iron. The building has shared laundry facilities. The apartment has wonderful cross flow ventilation. Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. The building has shared laundry facilities at the ground floor. Coin operated For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Potts Point is a dynamic suburb located close to Sydney’s CBD with excellent amenities and some of Sydney’s great restaurants. 100m to Kings Cross Station. Easy walk to the city. All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
