North Beach Hamptons has 4 bedrooms – king; queen; trio bunk; 2 x bunks (4 singles); sleeping up to 11 people. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office. A portacot is supplied, and guests need to bring all bedding to use.
There are 2 bathrooms at the holiday house, with a walk-in shower, vanity & toilet in the ensuite bathroom (adjoining master king bedroom). The main bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, vanity & toilet; and there is a 3rd separate toilet.
The accommodation has ducted air-conditioning throughout for year-round comfort, and there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
The spacious open plan living area comprises the lounge room, kitchen & dining; with coastal views through the large floor to ceiling windows. The lounge room has large corner sofa seating, a television (with USB port), and complimentary WiFi is available for guests staying at North Beach Hamptons.
The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for entertaining, with a gas stovetop, electric oven, dishwasher and large French-door fridge/freezer. The nearby butlers pantry has a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod machine.
North Beach Hamptons has full laundry facilities, making it ideal for any length of stay. There is a front load washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board and a fold-up clothesline outside.
Outside, guests can relax in the undercover entertaining area overlooking North Beach, with outdoor dining & seating, plus hooded gas barbeque.
There is a lawned area between the outdoor entertaining space and the beachfront, but please note the yard is unfenced.
The holiday house has off-street driveway parking for 2 cars, and there is additional parking in the visitors car park.
Located in the gated Palm Cove Estate, a gate code is required for anyone wanting to access the secure community and those driving in the area are asked to familiarise themselves with speed & road restrictions.
North Beach Hamptons is a good choice for workers or tradies working in the area with its 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus linen hire is available; and this accommodation can be booked with other holiday rentals located nearby if needed for larger work groups.
Wallaroo is just a 10-minute drive away for shopping needs, with a supermarket, hardware store, chemist and many more shops along the main street. There is also a choice of hotels and cafes for dining, plus a distillery and brewery.
