The queen size bedroom is generous in size with an ensuite. It's light and airy with a ceiling fan and views over Yamba and Pippi Beach, all the way to Angourie. The Hill is part of a complex of five units. A former doctor's surgery, this building has a rich history and is one of the original buildings in Yamba. The cleaning fee includes full professional cleaning and bathroom and bedroom linen hire, kitchen basics and luxury Leif bathroom consumables. Please note that this apartment doesn't have a laundry or dishwasher. One garage space and additional parking in front is available on the driveway. PS. If you have a larger group, we also offer 'Big Chill on the Hill' which also includes the apartment downstairs - these two apartments combine through an internal staircase to create an enormous three bedroom, three bathroom apartment with a huge rooftop balcony with abundant ocean views, two kitchens, dishwasher and washing machine. Please note that there is no washing machine, dryer or dishwasher in this apartment. Access to this apartment is up two flights of stairs (the view is worth it).
