We want our guests to feel at home, from the scooter track and play areas for the kids, eclectic furnishings, soft sheets and comfy beds Cooee Bay Beach House is a relaxed holiday home in a great location.
The property is let as a whole house option only but has two separately self contained levels, perfect for two families or multi generational family travelling together. You have private and exclusive use of the whole property during your stay.
Upstairs has three bedrooms comprised of King bedroom, Bunk bedroom and a Queen bedroom. There is a deck out front to watch the sun go down and a hanging chair under the pandanus and festoons making it the perfect spot to chill.
A full kitchen with induction stove and convection microwave, pantry supplies and comfy king sofa in the living room, bathroom with bath and shower plus a seperate powder room.
Access to the lower level is via the back stairs to the play area, fire pit and lower undercover entertainment deck and BBQ.
Enjoy cooling off at the beach with a few cold drinks, come home and rinse off under the outdoor shower and fire up the BBQ.
Downstairs has a King bedroom and two singles in bedroom two with some toys for the kids and space to play. There is also a bathroom with shower, laundry / wet bar and full kitchen with induction stove and oven, fridge and bar fridge. Down stairs has flat access to the back entertainment area, fire pit and play ground.
The property is for your exclusive use.
Cooee Bay is a relaxed beachside suburb of Yeppoon on the Capricorn Coast.
There is everything you need right at the end of the street ( 2 min) the beach front and sheltered bay, coffee shop, takeaway and public transport. There is also Capricorn Tavern and Cedar Park shopping centre with in walking distance.
Easy 2-3 min walk to the beach, coffee shop and take away and playground.
800m to shopping complex with a supermarket, bottle shop, butcher, bakery, chemist, news agency, takeaway’s etc.
There is public transport with an extensive bus route stop at the end of the street less than 2 min plus 13 Cabs and Black and White cabs ($10 avg to Main Street Yeppoon’s restaurant’s, lagoon and boutiques)
Some venues offer courtesy bus's depending on the season group's enjoy the Party Bus or a stretch limo services.
There are easy walking path directly to the main street and also the Neuron orange scooters available in the area.
