Welcome to our brand new townhouse in Mangere! Featuring a single garage for secure parking, free WiFi and AC, this lovely three bedroom home will be the perfect place for you and your family when visiting Auckland. Close to the airport and motorway access to the city, our townhouse is located in a quiet neighbourhood yet is a short drive from all major amenities and tourist destinations. The Space: Our brand new three bedroom townhouse is perfectly situated for both business or pleasure travellers, and is equipped with all the necessities you may need! This property will be a great choice for your stay with a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TV, super comfy queen beds, and air-conditioning. We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival. We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible: - Free WiFi - Super fast and unlimited! - Coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper - Shampoo, body wash and conditioner - AC - Free secure parking in the single garage The three bedrooms are upstairs and all have Queen sized beds, and the master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom and large walk-in wardrobe. Both bathrooms are also upstairs, and there is an additional extra toilet downstairs. The kitchen is fully-stocked with all cooking necessities and brand new appliances. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV, an AC unit, a dining table with six chairs. There is a washing machine in the single garage as well for your use. Please note: we have a security camera installed outside the property. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire three bedroom property, as well as the single garage connected to the property. Other Things to Note: Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more. Access: Pin code for the door will be provided on the morning of your check-in date, and you will have a remote control inside the property for the garage door. Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with ID provided for guests over 18 years of age. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions. Parking: You can park for free in the single garage at the property. Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $50 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you. Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability. Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property. Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash for each bathroom, 6 x tea/coffee, 5 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement. Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay. Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am. This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property. House Rules: Quiet hours are between 9am and 9pm. Please respect our neighbours.
