This is a self catering house which is situated in a quiet cul-de-sec at where you can truly enjoy your valuable time with your family, friends or even just for yourself for business trip ect... Yet, it is still close to the Rotorua city and the Redwood Bush is only 10mins walking distance. My co-hosts (my parents) is staying on the Ground floor which has a separate entrance and is a self contained. They will help you with the check in and out process and assist you when you require anything in the house during your stay otherwise, they won't interrupt you and will keep your privacy. So, basically you will be using the entire 1st and 2nd floor - 4 Bedrooms - 2.5 Bathrooms - Kitchen - Lounge - Dining room. Just to give you a brief idea of the room configuration, there is a completed bathroom and a toilet on the 1st floor where there are 3 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and dining room. 2nd floor has a Master bedroom, Ensuit bathroom, walk-in wardrobe
