Tracy's Boutique BnB Farmstay has 56 hectares (110 acres) nestled in a rural valley that is only 3kms from State Highway 1, 17 kms North of Warkworth and less than one hour from Auckland's Harbour Bridge.

The Homestead at Tracy's Boutique BnB Farmstay has been built and designed according to classical Feng Shui. The peacefulness at the Homestead is wonderful to experience.

The Ra Suite is our Premier guest room is 15m2 and has a generous ensuite 7m2.

Hand gilded cornices feature in this rich purple and gold theme guest room. The Ra's ensuite has a natural marble floor and also has hand gilded cornices.

The bed can be either super king or twin single.

The Ra Suite has elevated views of the farm.

In the Homestead there are two Guest Lounges to relax in with plenty of books to read.

The tariff includes a Gourmet cooked Breakfast and an optional guided farm tour. We have a rare cattle breed that originates from Scotland - White Galloways. There are heritage poultry and pasture goats.

You are welcome to walk around the farm and explore the river flats, hills and walk amongst the mighty Podocarpus Totara trees . We also have some ancient Sandstone boulders to explore that are close to our river boundary.

There is a natural wetland to explore that is over two hectares (five acres) in size that has been referred to as 'a rare gem'.

And for those of you who would like a home cooked evening meal that is also an option. We offer a 3 course evening meal for $55 per person (for wine to be provided, please add an extra $20).
