Guest must tell in advance which type of bedding they would prefer. Only the Deluxe Suite can accommodate extra beds. Early check in and late check out policies: The check-in time is at 3:00 PM. Check in before that hour must book the night before. The check-out time is at 12 noon. Check out after that hour must book the night before. Until 5:00 PM guest will have to pay 50% of the last night´s rate. After 5:00 PM guest will have to pay 100 % of the last night´s rate. Please note the based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodation and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable.
