Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of BRL 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, children aged 16 and under can only be accommodated in private rooms. Children aged 5 and under can stay for free. There is an additional fee for children aged 6 to 15. Older children will receive an extra mattress and breakfast. If accompanied by an adult, older children aged 16 to 18 are allowed to stay in a dormitory bed. To ensure your reservation the first night of stay is always charged from the requested credit card on regular reservations, so for that reason the card’s data must be provided on the booking realization. On packages as such New Year’s Eve, Carnival, holidays and Rock in Rio,we charge 50% of the final amount of the reservation.
